New "Pizza of the Month" program is coming!

Starting in August, we are going to be featuring a new specialty pizza of the month. They will be available in all sizes. Keep your eye out in the next couple of weeks for the announcement for August! Will it be a breakfast pizza, (perfect for those late nights of overindulgence) or perhaps a chicken cordon bleu pizza? Maybe a pulled pork with home-made barbecue sauce and cheddar cheese? Whatever will we think of? The possibilities are endless, and I am open to suggestions from you! If we use an idea that was given to us by a customer, you will receive a special thanks from us!

Feel free to suggest away!

Tony

Pizza Man Customer Survey -

My mission to you, the customer, is to provide exceptional value to you in the form of outstanding food at one heck of a price, especially given that we're in a recession and when things are down, people not only pay more attention to their spending, but demand value.  Since we're in the business of providing that value, we're doing okay.  I read a report this evening that 9 out of 10 unhappy customers never do complain, though.  Since I personally am the other 1 in 10 who does complain when things are crappy, I find that kind of horrifying.

So, I have generated a survey that you can take in confidence; to my knowledge, there's no personal information required to take the survey, you certainly have the option of providing contact information at the end, (not required!) and all results come to me and me alone; I would ask that anyone who is willing to give me 2 minutes of your time fill it out...ideas, suggestions, rants, raves, complaints - let's have them.

In the event that you DO provide your email address and name to me at the very least, I will email those customers a special coupon for something free as a token of thanks for your time and feedback.

Survey is HERE

If you would rather email me directly instead, you are welcome to do that as well.  HERE

Tony

July 1 Update -

Hello all.

There's some very exciting times ahead at Pizza Man O' Rosemount...we have located a supplier for supplies and boxes for a 30" pizza!!  You read that right...thirty inchesIn diameter.  Perfect for parties, get-togethers and gatherings, we're taking our mantra of "Old World Recipes...New World Value" and applying it on a massive scale to produce a culinary delight that will not soon be forgotten.  To my knowledge, we're not only the only Pizza Man store to offer such opulent fare, but the ONLY pizzeria in the area to have such a monster.  I am searching for suppliers to also furnish me with the items necessary to create a 48" pizza.  Oh, Rosemount, Apple Valley, Coates and Hastings, be prepared to be WOWed!!  The 30 inch pizza will be available by the middle of the month; we're waiting for the boxes to be delivered.

With the demise of the Hastings location and the Savage location, I've been getting the occasional call from Prior Lake for a delivery.  While I will happily accomodate such requests, I would urge those in the Prior Lake area to call the Pizza Man in Burnsville first; I enjoy delivering food that is of the utmost quality, and it only takes one accident on the road from Rosemount to Prior Lake/Savage to spoil an otherwise magnificent dining experience.  Hastings, on the other hand, is a whole different animal.  We are happily running pizzas out to Hastings; due to fuel costs and the time involved, we charge a $5.00 delivery fee for Hastings deliveries - but there's nothing that says Customers A, B & C can't get together and have all three orders delivered for one $5.00 fee - as long as they're called in together.  So far, most people have been very understanding of the delivery fee, and are cognizant of the fact that $5.00 is the price of convenience to save one's self a drive to Rosemount.  I made a pizza one day, bagged it, drove to Hastings and then ate it, and as always, it was fantastic.  If it's not something I would serve myself, I won't serve it to you.

Did you know that I make the dough that becomes your pizza crust the morning of the day you order a pizza?  Did you know that our sauce, which is my own special old world recipe, is also made fresh in the store, or that we get our 100% no-filler, no-BS Mozzerella Cheese directly from a dairy in Wisconsin?  Cows make the cheese, we buy the cheese, we shred the cheese in the store, and you get the best, freshest, most delicious value in the area as a result?

I would also like to take this opportunity to thank the communities of Rosemount, Apple Valley, Coates and Hastings for your patronage, and for the vote of confidence with your dollars thus far.  In these economic times more than ever, one strives to please one's customers, and I am always available at the store, by phone, and via email (on our website) for feedback, praise, comments, complaints - whatever you have.  Like you, I also work hard, and understand the value of your dollars.  Our store strives to provide value to you in the form of excellent food, great service, and fast delivery at a fair price.  So by voting for Pizza Man of Rosemount with your dollars, I say "thank you," and sincerely hope to service our community for years to come...it's been a GREAT first couple of months, and I thank you all.

Going forward, I hope to give you an insider's glimpse into how our food is made via a series of YouTube videos, which I will embed at http://www.rosemountpizzaman.com/ - which is also where you can find the latest in coupons, internet specials, and contact information.

I will use this forum to keep you abreast of new specials, updates, newsworthy happenings, and to keep in touch in general.  Feel free to keep in touch with me; I welcome it.

Salut,
